Decree No. 18/2020/ND-CP on penalties for administrative violations against regulations on land surveying and mapping.

This Decree provides for administrative violations, penalties, fines, remedial measures against each violation; the power to impose penalties, and the power to record administrative violations against regulations on land surveying and mapping.
Inspectors and agencies assigned to conduct natural resources and environment inspections are entitled to impose penalties for the administrative violations specified in Chapter II of this Decree.
