Abstract
This Decree provides for the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.
The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment is a governmental agency which shall perform function of state management in the domains of land, water resources, mineral resources and geology, environment, meteorology and hydrology, sea and islands, etc.
Tasks and powers, and the organizational structure of the Ministry are described in detail in the text.
