Abstract
This Decree deals with violations, penalties, fines, remedial measures against administrative violations, the power to impose penalties against administrative violations against regulations on plant varieties, plant protection and quarantine.
According to Article 1, the types of administrative offences prescribed in this Decree consist of: a) Violations against regulations on plant varieties; b) Violations against regulations on plant protection and quarantine, and pesticide products.
