Abstract
This Decree elaborates some contents specified in Articles 15, 17, 19, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 30, 40, 41 and 49 of the Law on Planning.
Article 9 deals with the responsibilities of authorities formulating national comprehensive planning, national marine spatial planning and regional planning. Article 10 provides for the responsibilities of authorities formulating national land use planning. Article 11 copes with esponsibilities of authorities formulating national sector planning and provincial planning. Article 39 sets up the requirements to be satisfied for national planning information system and database.
