Abstract
This Decree amends Decree No. 198/2004/ND-CP on the collection of land use levies.
Amendments shall include the following: minor changes to clause 3 of article 11 and the addition of a new clause 6 to article 11 on principles for land use levy exemptions or reductions; changes to article 12 on land use levy exemptions; and changes to clause 1 of article 13 on the reduction of land use levies.
