Abstract
This Decree provides the sanctioning of administrative violations in the field of health. Violations of regulations on water and air related hygiene are described in article 8 and on border medical quarantine in article 10. Section 2 describes acts of administrative violations related to food hygiene and safety, sanctioning forms and levels. Specialized inspectors for hygiene and presidents of People's Committees at all levels shall be competent to sanction acts of administrative violations prescribed in this Decree.
