Decree No. 47/2005/ND-CP on sanctioning of administrative violations in the domain of livestock breeds.

This Decree provides administrative sanctions against organizations and individuals that intentionally or unintentionally violate law provisions on state management in the domain of livestock breeds i.e. conservation of livestock gene sources, assay of new livestock breeds, livestock breed production and trading, management of the quality standards of livestock breeds, etc. The Decree consists of 36 articles divided into 6 Chapters: General provisions (I); Acts of administrative violation in the domain of livestock breeds, sanctioning forms and levels (II); Competence to sanction administrative violations in the domain of livestock breeds (III); Procedure for sanctioning administrative violations in the domain of livestock breeds (IV); Complaints, denunciations and handling of violations (V); Implementation provisions (VI).
