Abstract
This Decree provides for the development of production and services of rural trade establishments. The Decree consists of 3 Chapters divided into 14 articles.
Rural trades shall include the activities listed in article 3. The accreditation of trades, trade villages and quality management of rural trade products is dealt with in article 4. National and regional master plans for long-term development of rural trades shall be formulated to ensure the development, industrialization and modernization of agriculture and rural areas (art. 5). Rural trade establishments shall be entitled to incentive policies as provided for in Chapter II. The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development shall assume prime responsibility for guiding the implementation of this Decree.
