Decree on the organisation, duties and authority of the Forest Inspectorate (No. 39/CP).

The Forest Inspectorate is a Government agency represented from central to district levels of government and charged with implementing the law related to the management and protection of forests (art. 1(1)). The Decree establishes the structure of the Inspectorate as well as the duties and powers of the Divisions and Districts at the different territorial levels.
