Abstract
This Joint Circular stipulates regulations on healthcare activities in schools in respects of facilities, equipment, environment and other healthcare services for students.
Article 5 provides for the requirements for water supply and drainage and environmental hygiene in schools. Every school shall supply sufficient drinking water in a quantity of at least 0.5 liter per student/class in summer and 0.3 liter per student/class in winter. Article 6 provides for the requirements for food safety. For schools with canteens for boarding students or semi-boarding students, every canteen in schools shall meet requirements stipulated in Article 4 of the Circular No.30/2012/TT-BYT on food safety and hygiene for food and beverage services and street vendors dated December 05, 2012 by the Minister of Health.
