Abstract
This Circular lays down procedures for the grant of import licences and the certification of registration for the import, export and temporary import for re-export of ozone layer-depleting substances. Ozone layer-depleting substances are listed in the two Appendices of this Circular. The Ministry of Trade and the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment shall be responsible for the implementation of this Circular.
