Law No. 07/2022/QH15 on amendments to some Articles of the Law on Intellectual Property.

This Law No. 07/2022/QH15 is enacted to on amend the Law on Intellectual Property.
Amendments are made to Article 191; Article 191a and Article 191b are added after Article 191 in Section 2 Chapter XIV of Part Four. Article 191 provides for the obligations of plant variety protection certificate holders. Article 191a. provides for the obligations of presiding organizations to plant varieties selected and bred or discovered and developed as results of science and technology missions wholly funded by state budget. Article 191b. sets up the rights of the State to plant varieties selected and bred or discovered and developed as results of science and technology missions funded by state budget
