Abstract
This Law is enacted to amend the Criminal Code No. 100/2015/Qh13.
Some Articles of the Criminal Code No. 100/2015/Qh13 are amended, including: Article 9 Classification of crimes, Article 14 Preparation for crimes, Article 19 Misprision, Article 61 Non-application of time limit for sentence execution, etc.
Article 235 relates to causing environmental pollution. Illegally burying or disposing of hazardous wastes, discharging wastewater and exhaust gas beyond admitted limits are some of offences and penalties specified under this article. Article 237 proscribes offences related to environmental emergencies.
