Order No. 04/2008/L-CTN on the promulgation of the Law on Management and Use of State Property.

This Law provides for the management and use of state property and for land use rights.
The Law stipulates that state property may be assigned by the State to state agencies, armed force units, public non-business units, political or social organizations, etc.
The Law further provides for rights and responsibilities of agencies, units and organizations assigned to manage and use state property and for state management responsibilities on state property.
