Ordinance amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Ordinance on Flood and Storm Prevention and Fight.

Article 3 provides for nation-wide unified management of flood and storm prevention by the State, whereas article 10 defines the contents of such prevention measures. Article 15 concerns requirements for the management and exploitation of waterworks. Article 22 makes provision for flood diversion measures. Article 32 spells out the contents of State management measures. More detailed tasks of national and local authorities are described in article 33.
