Abstract
This Circular, consisting of 20 articles and 13 Appendixes, prescribes procedures and contents of certification of raw materials and certification of commitments on fishery products originating from exploited aquatic products for export to markets where certification is required. This Circular applies to organizations and individuals that exploit, procure, process, export and import aquatic products exploited for processing for export into markets, including aquaculture sector. This Circular does not apply to exploited aquatic products and fishery products on the list provided in Appendix I.
