This Resolution of the Fifth Session of the 13th Central Executive Committee of the Party on agriculture, farmers and rural areas to 2030 with a vision to 2045 is a sectoral policy document. The overall goals of the policy document include: Farmers and rural residents will have an increasing level of material and spiritual life, mastering the process of agricultural and rural development; Agriculture will develop quickly, sustainably, effectively, firmly ensuring national food security, increasing production scale of agricultural products, ensuring ecological environment and adapting to climate change; The countryside will be comprehensively developed, with a synchronous and modern socio-economic infrastructure, a reasonable economic structure and production organization, a safe and healthy living environment, rich in cultural identity; etc.
