Technical Guidelines for Swiftbird Production.

The purpose of the Technical Guidelines is to help owners of bird nest farming facilities increase their knowledge of bird nest farming techniques, operate and exploit bird nests, and at the same time help managers at all levels have quick and specific access to legal content related to bird's nest farming activities.
The Technical Guidelines include 5 Parts: I. Situation of Sweet Farming in Vietnam; II. Biological and Ecological Characteristics of Swallows; III. Techniques for Construction of a Sweet Bird House; IV. Exploitation, Classification, Preliminary Processing and Preservation of Sweet Nests; V. Some State Regulations on Sweet Farming and Sweet Nest Product Management.
