Abstract
These Regulations require movement of animals or animal products to be carried out only under an authorization of the Principal Veterinary Officer or any Veterinary Officer authorized to act on behalf of the Principal Veterinary Officer. Any animal or animal product which has been moved to, or from, or within any specified place otherwise than in accordance with any authorization given under this regulation may be seized, impounded or destroyed on the authority of a Veterinary Officer. The Regulations also list, in the Schedules, controlled diseases and communicable diseases and require bulls to be vaccinated against Bovine Venereal Campylobacteriosis.
