Abstract
This Act officially ratifies the provisions of the Basel Convention on the Control of Transboundary Movements of Hazardous Wastes and their Disposal, Rotterdam Convention on Prior Informed Consent Procedure for Certain Hazardous Chemicals and Pesticides in International Trade and Minamata Convention on Mercury. The text of the Convention and annexes are attached to this Act.
