Abstract
This act stipulates that no person may export live cattle, meat or meat products from Vanuatu without having first obtained the written consent of the Minister to such export. Any person who exports live cattle, meat or meat products without the written consent of the Minister shall be liable to a fine based on the number of animals exported. The principal veterinary officer and officers of the livestock service shall be charged with the enforcement of this Act. The Minister may by order make regulations for the better implementation of the Act.
