Abstract
This Act gives powers to the Minister responsible for home affairs to declare closed districts in land and marine areas of Vanuatu and requires persons wishing to enter a closed district to obtain a licence from the Minister.
The Act shall not apply a person resident within the closed district or authorized persons. The Minister may attach conditions to a permit to enter a closed district.
