Copra Inspection Act (Cap. 32).

This Act provides for the appointment of an officer of the Agricultural Department as produce inspector. The produce inspector shall have the right of access to any plantation, premises, vessel or any other place for the storage of copra. This right of access shall only be exercised after due notice of the intention to do so has been given to the owner or occupier of the plantation, premises, vessel or any other place Every produce inspector shall have the right to use any moisture meter or other mechanical apparatus for the purpose of verifying the quality of copra.
