Fisheries (Registration of Foreign Fishing Vessels) Order.

This Act provides for the registration of foreign vessels in a national register. A vessel must be registered in good standing before a licence may be issued. The register is known as the South Pacific Forum Fisheries Agency Regional Register of Foreign Fishing Vessels.
