Fisheries Regulations (Amendment) Order 2012 (S.I. No. 88 of 2012).

These Regulations amend the Fisheries Regulations Order by inserting a subclause 34(3A), which prohibits an operator of a Vanuatu flagged vessel to carry out fishing or fishing related activities outside the Exclusive Economic Zone of Vanuatu unless he or she is issued with a certificate of an international authorisation to fish. Schedule 14 on fees for international authorisation to fish certificates is replaced.
