Abstract
Section 7A is inserted after Section 7 on the power of the Director to cancel lease relating to land acquired. Subsection (3) is inserted regarding subdivision of land in Section 12. This Act inserts Section 32E on the effect of removal of a company from the register of companies. Moreover, this Act amends Subsection 43(3) regarding the right of forfeiture, Subsections 48A(2) regarding registered lease, Subsection 48A(3) regarding land valuation, Subsection 48B(2) regarding urban lease transfers, and After subsection 99(3) regarding the acquisition of registered lease.
