Penalty Notice Regulation Order 2014 (No. 138 of 2014).

This Order, made by the Minister of Agriculture, Livestock, Forestry, Fisheries and biosecurity under the Plant Protection Act 1997, provides rules prescribes amounts of penalty for purposes of section 23A(7) of the Act for offences listed in Column 2 of the Penalty Notice Table. Offences include importation of good presenting a risk or a potential risk or export of a plant product otherwise than in accordance with prescribed requirements.
