Abstract
An Act to provide for the registration of forestry rights over planted forests and for the harvesting of forest products. This Act is divided into seven parts: (i) preliminary part; (ii) agreements and registration of forestry right; (iii) mortgage and effect of registration of a forestry right; (iv) establishment of registry and planted forest database; (v) reforestation and ownership of carbon; (vi) planted forest harvesting code; (vii) miscellaneous.
