Abstract
Killing or capture or taking of eggs of bird species specified in article 2 is prohibited without a permit obtained form the Chief Condominium Agricultural Officer. Killing or capture or taking of eggs of bird species specified in article 3 is prohibited during the season specified in that article. Killing or capture or taking of eggs of bird species specified in article 4 is prohibited during the season specified in that article. Other restrictions on the hunting for these birds are prescribed. It shall be unlawful to sell or export any of the birds protected by articles 3 and 4. Hunting at night is prohibited. It shall be unlawful to import or purchase any trap or net of other device to capture birds without a permit form the Chief Condominium Agricultural Officer. (14 articles)
