Right to Information (Amendment) Act No. 4 of 2019.

This Act amends the Right to Information Act No. 13 of 2016 with regard to provisions regarding the confidentiality of information under international agreements in Vanuatu. It prohibits access to information classified as confidential under such agreements by the Right to Information Officer. Additionally, it specifies that international agreements between the Government of Vanuatu and foreign governments or international organizations. Furthermore, it amends subsection 51(2) to include exemptions for information deemed confidential under section 50A or pertaining to third parties.
