Shipping (Amendment) Act 2008 (No. 12 of 2008).

This Act amends the Shipping Act [CAP 53] by transferring functions of the Authority to the Minister responsible for the administration of this Act, by providing for the appointment of the Principal Licensing Officer, by defining certain functions and powers of this officer in relation with granting licences and certificates under the principal Act, and by providing for penalties and powers of delegation of the Minister.
