Abstract
This Agreement between Vanuatu and the Solomon Islands establishes the line of delimitation between the exclusive economic zones and continental shelves over which each State respectively exercises sovereign rights and jurisdiction in accordance with international law. The line shall define the maritime boundaries between the exclusive zones and continental shelves over which the Parties exercise, or will exercise, sovereign rights and jurisdiction under international law. The Agreement also concerns dispute resolution, further delimitation and exploitation of transboundary deposit of non- living marine resources.
