Vanuatu Commodities Marketing Board (Amendment) Act 2003 (Act No. 25 of 2003).

The amendments of the principal Act concern the composition of the Vanuatu Commodities Marketing Board and market regulation of commodities. The following duty is added to functions of the Board: "(e) to keep and maintain a register which is to contain details of persons purchasing the prescribed commodities and the producers of the prescribed commodities and such other information as the Board considers necessary to be included in the register."
