Vanuatu Commodities Marketing Board (Amendment) Act (Act No. 16 of 1989).

The amendment concerns the manager and the secretary of the Vanuatu Commodities Marketing Board. The Board shall with the prior approval of the Minister appoint a General Manager of the Board upon such terms and conditions as it thinks fit. The General Manager shall be the chief executive of the Board and of all its operations and shall be appointed for a term not exceeding five years and shall be eligible for re-appointment. The Board may appoint and employ a secretary to the Board and such other officers and employees as may be required for the proper and efficient discharge of the functions of the Board.
