Abstract
The Customs Act 2014 is related to customs and the importation and exportation of goods, persons, and crafts. It regulates customs controls, management and enforcement, revenue administration, border controls and border management, trade and travel facilitation, and security. Among others, article 21 mentions the goods subject to the control of customs, and article 93 specifies that if under this act, or any other enactment, the importation or exportation of goods is prohibited except under the authority of a license or permit, Comptrollers may refuse the import or export of those goods.
