Customs Ministerial Order 2016

The Customs Ministerial Order 2016 regulates various aspects of import and export. It includes articles on: (i) stores for craft; (ii) shipment of stores free of duty; (iii) stores subject to duty; (iv) import entry transaction fee; (v) cancellation or amendment of entry; (vi) certain imported goods exempt from entry; (vii) certain goods deemed to be entered; (viii) passing of entry of goods for export; (ix) goods for export exempt from entry.
