National Disaster Management Plan 2017-2020.

This Policy presents a renewed focus on disaster risk reduction and climate change adaptation for Samoa. It champions a focus on mainstreaming of disaster risk management across all sectors, and aims to create a comprehensive guide on disaster risk management policy and operational procedures. The Policy is designed in 2 Parts as follow: Part 1 is made up of the national disaster management plan that provides an all hazard framework for disaster risk management planning in Samoa. Part 2 is the disaster response operational Procedures that guide stakeholders in response.
