National Social Protection Policy Framework 2023.

This Policy is providing an integrated framework directing the development of social protection in Samoa, including the identification of key roles of various actors and developing clear coordinating, monitoring and evaluation arrangements. The central means of social protection are productive work, strong families, and the socio-cultural ties.
