North Upolo Supply Regulations, 1966.

Regulations concerning the supply of water to users and related activities. The Director of Works shall keep a list of approved plumbers and water fitters under regulation 4. Regulation 5 concerns applications under section 37 of the Water Act, 1965 for the connection of premises to the water supply system. Each dwelling shall have one connection pipe only unless a special permission of the Director has been obtained. The Director shall inspect the dwelling as soon as the approved plumber and water have finished the work in relation with connection. The Director may prescribe requisitions if the work is not to his/her satisfaction. Plumbers and fitters shall forward monthly returns regarding their work to the Director.
