Order for Fees made under the Forestry Management Act 2011 (S.R. 2013/2).

This Order, made by the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment, pursuant to section 19(1)(b) of the Forestry Management Act 2011, sets out fees for: an application form, a forestry harvesting license and a forestry harvesting permit. Fees for licenses or permits shall be based on quantities of timber for which the licenses or permits are granted.
