Samoa Maritime Zones Order 2017.

This Order is implemented further to section 10 of the Maritime Zones Act 1999 and provides the official list of geographical coordinates in 3 Schedules as follow: in Schedule l, the territorial sea baseline is verified; in Schedule 2 the points to be used for determining the outer limits of the territorial sea are mentioned; and in Schedule 3, the points to be used for determining the outer limits of the contiguous zone are identified. The Order contains 4 Sections and 4 Schedules.
