Satapuala Water Supply Regulations, 1957.

The Satapuala Water Supply Committee appointed under section 3 of the Water Supply Ordinance 1953, shall be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and control of water supply to consumers in Satapuala Village and to other consumers on specified surrounding land. Plumbers shall only undertake water connection I duly authorized by the Committee to do so. Other regulations specify pipe diameter, and provide for specification of drainage, rates for large pipes, payment of rates, stop on supply in case of non-payment and rates to be paid to the Committee.
