Abstract
This Act lays down rules for the effective and efficient use and sharing of spatial information, survey and mapping to ensure sustainable management of land, sea and other natural resources. To this end, this Act sets forth provisions on the establishment, structure, powers and functions of the Spatial Information Agency and the objectives, powers and functions of the Geographic Names Board.
