Ministerial Resolution No. 22 of 2002 defining the International Agencies for Marine Control accredited in Yemen.

This Resolution is composed of 5 articles. Certificates and reports for the classification of ships issued by American Bureau of Shipping (USA), Bureau Veritas (France), Lloyds Register of Shipping (GRB), Germanisherlloyd (Germany), Registro Italiano Navale (Italy), Det Norske Veritas (Norway), Russian Maritime Register of Shipping (Russia) and Nippon Kaiji Keyokai (Japan) will be accepted (art. 1). The General authority for Marine Affairs shall carry out necessary technical and legal studies for the addition of eventually other International Authorities (art. 2).
