Ministerial Resolution No. 27 of 1997 establishing the Guidance Committee for Fish and Marine Animals Fishing in the Territorial Sea of the Republic of Yemen.

This Resolution decrees the establishment of the Guidance Committee for Fishing composed from 5 members. Functions and duties of the Committee shall be the following: fixing fishing seasons, fishing and protected areas; specifying the protected species; establishing the allowed quantity of fish and marine animals to be fished as well as fixing mesh sizes and requirements for fishing gear.
