Republican Resolution on Law No. 147 of 1995 re-regulating the Ministry of Fish Wealth.

This Resolution is composed of 4 Sections divided into 30 articles. Fundamental terms, objectives, duties and competencies are given in Section I. Duties and competencies of the Ministry of Fish Wealth are dealt with in Section II in particular of the: Minister; Vice-Minister; Ministry Deputy; and the Council of the Ministry. Management and organization of the Ministry is provided for in Section III. General provisions are contained in Section IV.
