Republican Resolution No. 9 of 2001 establishing the Yemeni General Authority for Coast Fishing.

This Resolution consists of 7 Chapters divided into 30 articles: General provisions (I); Objectives of the Authority (II); Competences of the Authority (III); Capital and finance resources of the Authority (IV); Authority Activity Management (V); Duties and competencies of the Director-General of the Authority (VI); Concluding provisions (VII). The aim of the Authority shall be to contribute in the realization of the Economic and Social Development Programme in Yemen, and to the reinforcement of the economic capacity of Yemen (art. 8).
