Resolution No. 10 of 2002 issuing the Implementing Regulation of Law No. 25 of 1999 regulating the trade, circulation and handling of plant pesticides.

This Resolution is composed of 5 Section divided into 43 articles. Section I gives terms and definitions. Section II deals with the registration of pesticides. Section III provides for the trade, circulation and handling of pesticides, in particular: arrangement and regulating the practice of professions; importation and exportation of pesticides; and, sale and storage of pesticides. Section IV pertains to the control and inspection of pesticides as well as the confiscation and seizure of pesticides. Section V contains general provisions.
