Abstract
This Resolution is composed of 5 Sections divided into 35 articles. Section I deals with terms, definitions. Section II defines fishing areas and housing areas. Section III defines duties and competencies of the Marine Control and Inspection Committee. Section IV contains offences and penalties. Section V deals with general and concluding provisions. Articles 9-11 set out requirements, conditions and functions of Marine Inspectors. Competencies and duties of Inspection and Control Boats are given in article 18.
