Resolution No. 49 of 1994 issuing the Implementing Regulation for Law. No. 6 of 1993 establishing the Fund for Fish and Agricultural Production Incentive.

This Resolution is composed of 5 Sections divided into 43 articles. Section I deals with terms and definition. Fund’s objectives and fields are given in Section II which are to: support and encourage the agricultural, plant, animal and fish products; reduce costs of agricultural production instruments, fish gear and irrigation modern instruments; support and encourage the exportation of agricultural and fish products; increase the capacity of basic structures of agricultural sector; support and encourage studies and research; and to contribute in the establishment of basic structures for agricultural and fish marketing.
